The KX-TAW84861 door intercom circuit module operates up to four door speakers. Each
door intercom speaker requires one pair of wires.
The 84861 has two 4-wire (2-pair) modular jacks. The left-hand jack is for doors 1 and 2.
The right jack is for doors 3 and 4. Within each jack, the inner pins are for the
lower-numbered intercom. Polarity doesn't matter.
You can re-use existing doorbell wire if you remove the button, disconnect the transformer,
and splice some wires in the chime housing.
